A16 Bionic chip
The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are driven by the lightning-fast A16 Bionic chip, ensuring exceptional performance. This powerhouse fuels the Dynamic Island feature and empowers advanced computational photography.
The 6-core CPU boasts two high-performance cores that use 20% less power, along with four high-efficiency cores. This upgrade delivers a speed boost from the previous generation and effortlessly handles demanding tasks, all while ensuring impressive battery life.
The 5-core GPU now offers a 50% increase in memory bandwidth, ensuring seamless graphics performance for video streaming and gaming. Additionally, the new 16-core Neural Engine is a true marvel, capable of handling nearly 17 trillion operations every second.
The Display
The iPhone 15 comes in two sizes: 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches. It has Dynamic Island which makes it easy to interact with important alerts and Live Activities. This means you can seamlessly check Maps, control your music, and get real-time updates on various activities like food delivery and sports scores. Plus, the Super Retina XDR display is fantastic for watching content, doing Apple Fitness+ workouts, and playing games.
The HDR brightness has been significantly improved, making photos and videos look even better. On sunny days, the screen can get incredibly bright, up to 2000 nits, which is twice as bright as the previous model.
Camera
The iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus come with advanced camera technology that lets users capture everyday moments and cherished memories.
The main camera, boasting 48 megapixels and special autofocus technology, ensures sharp and detailed photos and videos. Thanks to computational photography, there's a new 24MP high-resolution mode that balances quality with a manageable file size for easy sharing and storage. Plus, for the first time on an iPhone, a dual-camera system offers three zoom levels – 0.5x, 1x, and 2x – blending hardware and software for top-notch optical zoom quality. USB-C
Apple has finally introduced USB-C ports in their smartphones. This is the second change in the smartphone after the introduction of the lightning port in the iPhone 5 in 2012. This means the lightning port is officially dead now.

These phones will come in a vibrant array of colors including pink, yellow, green, blue, and classic black. You'll have options for storage capacities, ranging from 128GB to 512 GB. Prices will start at 799$ and 899$ for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus. iPhone 15 and 15 Plus price in India will start from INR 79900 and INR 89900.
